Ingredients
- 250g mascarpone
- 5 slices of gingerbread (plain, strip or ½ strip)
- 3 eggs
- 75g sugar
- 1 packet of gingerbread crumbs
The recipe
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Vigorously beat the yolks with the sugar and mascarpone.
Whip the egg whites very stiff and gently fold them into the egg, sugar and mascarpone mixture.
Fill a verrine by alternating gingerbread and cream.
